Blake’s journey in customer success began with his strong foundation in educational administration, where he held roles such as Executive Director of Services for Exceptional Children in Fulton County Schools. In this capacity, he supported over 10,000 students and managed a central office team of 31 leaders, bringing innovative retention and recruitment strategies to life amid a national staffing crisis. His tenure in public education is marked by high-impact initiatives that increased graduation rates and enhanced support structures for educators and students.
With a background in special education and instructional design, Blake has developed and delivered professional development for thousands of educators, coordinated specialized student support systems, and led various district-wide initiatives from Atlanta to Washington, D.C. His experience includes budgeting, strategic planning, and systems development—all driven by his commitment to inclusive education and operational excellence.
Blake holds an Education Specialist degree in Leadership in Educational Administration, a Master’s in Education from Georgia State University, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Political Science from Presbyterian College. He is currently working toward his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
