Courtney’s journey began in the special education classroom, where she worked with an incredibly diverse group of students. At the Katherine Thomas School in Rockville, MD, Courtney launched the STRIDE program, which introduced her education vendors and sparked her transition into edtech.
Courtney’s adventures in edtech took her across the country, where she delivered energizing professional development sessions and classroom support to eager teachers and administrators. This experience lit up her passion for sales and client support, revealing how essential these roles are in driving impact and outcomes for students. Her curiosity about people’s unique stories and her love for crafting effective strategies are what truly fuel her excitement.
In her career, Courtney has worn many hats in sales leadership. Before joining the Wayfiinder team, she served as Director of Sales at TeachTown, she championed the mission to provide an equitable curriculum for students with moderate to severe disabilities.
Courtney holds a degree in Family Studies and Community Development with a focus on Services to Children from Towson University and a Special Education teaching certificate. Outside work, you can find her cheering on her daughter from the soccer field sidelines, strolling with her dog, or sampling the latest culinary delights with friends and family.
