Partner Success Manager
Raquel Evans

Raquel Evans, a native Houstonian, began her education career in 2009 in St. Louis, MO, as a Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator in school-based operations. In collaboration with her team, she identified key areas for improvement and growth, including school finances, staff retention, student enrollment, and vendor relations. Her strategic insights and proactive approach to addressing operational challenges enabled her to drive positive change, enhance overall school effectiveness, and create lasting improvements in school operations.

Raquel spent over a decade transforming school-based operations teams in charter schools across St. Louis, MO, and nationwide. Working closely with school and district administration, she led the execution and oversight of project management, provided governance and management support, and guided districts and schools through design thinking and innovation modeling. Her work also involved developing systems for workplace empowerment and helping districts and charter schools create environments that fostered growth and efficiency.

Seeking new and innovative ways to support educational institutions, Raquel transitioned into edtech. As a dedicated account manager, she became the primary point of contact for her partners, offering both virtual and onsite support. Her focus was to ensure that districts received tailored, high-quality service, helping them integrate and optimize educational technology solutions to better serve their students and staff.

Raquel earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Texas Southern University. She is also the co-founder of the St. Louis Chargers Track Club, where she has contributed to the development and growth of community youth athletics. In addition, Raquel is an active member of the St. Louis Collective and serves as the PTO Executive Fundraising Chair for University City High School, where she plays a key role in supporting the school’s initiatives.

In her spare time, Raquel enjoys working on DIY projects, traveling, and watching sports with her husband. She is also deeply involved in supporting her children’s athletics—cheering on her oldest son on the basketball court, her youngest son on the track and volleyball courts, and chasing after their toddler around the house.

"My purpose is to create inclusive spaces where everyone—no matter their demographics—feels seen, welcomed, heard, valued, and celebrated."
